Your story is one that speaks to working hard and really knowing how to use all the tools in an agent's tool box to get the deal done. Not many buyers can say their agent went up against the local "Shark" in a multiple bid situation and won.  We have some very famous local talent in the area, with their own radio and TV commercials that are hard to beat.  Just goes to show is not length of time in the industry or the amount of advertising they do, its the skill of doing the right thing and getting the job done that makes it all work out in the end. Met with Steph a few months back at an open and it was a pleasure to finally find a Realtor that just wasn't there just to collect leads but to help me out as a person first. And how about Roger Dobson, the lender we used at Prospect finding the error in your paychecks that led to you being able to get a $5,000 raise in pay. I don't know of anyone else that can say their lender got them a $5,000 raise while buying a home. And you know I think the world of your wife's smart decorating ideals. IKEA has nothing on her!!! She is amazing ....going to have to hire her to stage a few homes with me in the future. And what a sweet thing for a husband to be able to do, giving the keys to your new home to your wife for Valentine's Day. It doesn't get any better then that!!!
