Connections with local lenders give buyers options on down payment assistance or credit repair, and inspections. I go the extra mile for listings using extra print and digital marketing coupled with virtual and 3D staging to entice online buyers, and actual staging/restaging “in house” options that bring offers without having to lower price.  I worked with Keller Williams, a year in Europe, and now with LPT Realty.

I am a Central Florida native, a graduate of FSU, and have worked with high-profile organizations like the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Fortune 100 & 500 pharmecutical companies. I’ve lived in 27 locations, including multiple cities in Florida, Utah, New York City, and Belgium, giving me a deep understanding of diverse markets and the buyer/seller needs of each.
